This 90-minute workshop introduces you to the use of Haiku Poetry for meditative approach to self-care and well-being. Part lecture, part deep engagement in the process of creating your own haiku, you don’t want to miss this workshop! This ancient technique and mindful focus offer a peaceful, fulfilling creative experience for self-expression. All you need to bring is yourself and something to write with! You will be provided journaling pages, a list of words for inspiration, some poetry prompts and a handout about Haiku poetry, it’s forms and use as a mindfulness practice.
